1. License and Intellectual Property

• Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and play our games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Our Ownership: We own all rights, title, and interest in and to our games. This includes, but is not limited to, visual assets, artwork, source code, characters, music, UI design, text, and sound effects.
• Source Code and Assets: Because our games may be built using open-source frameworks (such as Love2D), the underlying source code, scripts, and asset files may be technically accessible or unpacked within the game distribution files or web versions. Crucially, the visibility or accessibility of this source code does NOT constitute a public license, an open-source release of our proprietary work, or a waiver of our intellectual property rights. You are strictly prohibited from copying, extracting, modifying, reusing, redistributing, or publishing our source code, assets, or scripts for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without our express, written permission.

2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

We want our games to be fun and fair for everyone. By playing, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit, automate (bot), or manipulate the gameplay loop or game systems.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer our secure, in-house gameplay analytics or telemetry systems.
• Use our games or communities to distribute malware, harass other players, or share illegal content.

3. Remote Monitoring and Telemetry

Our games include automated, in-house technical features that remotely communicate with our servers to monitor active installations and gameplay activity. This telemetry automatically transmits anonymous, non-personal operational data (such as installation confirmation, software version, crash reports, and game performance metrics) whenever the game is running with an active internet connection.

This remote monitoring is used solely to verify application stability, optimize game balance, and ensure compliance with these Terms. It does not scan your device for personal files or track your real-world identity.

4. Service Availability, Changes, and Termination

• Right to Cease Support: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or completely cease support for any of our games or services at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice to you.
• Marketplace Removal: We reserve the right to permanently remove our games from any digital storefront, market, or hosting platform at our sole discretion.
• Virtual Goods and Progress: Any in-game currency, items, unlocks, or progress (such as levels cleared or high scores) are entirely virtual and have no real-world monetary value. In the event that a game is discontinued, removed from the market, or if your local save data is lost, we are under no obligation to compensate you for lost virtual progress or items.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our games are provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, explicit or implied, regarding the game’s performance, uptime, compatibility with future device operating systems, or lack of bugs. We play-test thoroughly, but software can have glitches!

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Automachan LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our games, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our games, technology, or legal requirements. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page whenever a change is made. Your continued play after updates means you accept the new Terms.
